Independent clinical risk audit for your club.

CQC registration opens 7 September 2026 for medical services at sports fixtures.
Most clubs cannot evidence what their match-day medical provision actually is. A score of 39/100 is not unusual — it is what the first audited federation scored.

RiskSQOR is a 20-criterion independent audit that returns one number out of 100, a domain breakdown, and a written report your board can act on. Ten working days.

Founding cohort — 30 clubs, £595. Built by a sports medicine doctor and IRCA-registered ISO 9001 auditor.

Proof

A real federation.
A real score. A real plan.

Gibraltar Rugby Football Union was independently audited ahead of its first Rugby Europe competition. The audit established a 39/100 baseline, identifying clear gaps and delivering a prioritised 90-day remediation plan to the board.

Score

Every club lands
on the same scale.

Twenty criteria across six weighted domains produce a single number out of 100 and a risk tier. The tier is what a board, a broker or an underwriter reads first.

85–100

Tier 1 — Assured

Provision evidenced and governed. Eligible to display the RiskSQOR mark.

70–84

Tier 2 — Sound

Core provision in place, defined gaps. Eligible to display the RiskSQOR mark.

55–69

Tier 3 — Developing

Material gaps in protocols or preparedness. Action required.

40–54

Tier 4 — Exposed

Provision cannot be evidenced. Significant duty-of-care exposure.

0–39

Tier 5 — Critical

Unmitigated risk to player safety. Immediate board escalation.

RiskSQOR First audited federation scored 39.2

The measurement, not the service.

Clubs scoring 70 or above may display the RiskSQOR mark on their website, sponsorship decks and board materials. Anonymised cohort data contributes to the first published study of sports clinical governance.

Timing

Know what needs fixing
before someone else asks.

CQC registration opens 7th September 2026 for medical services at sports fixtures. Independent evidence of medical risk is more useful before a board, insurer or regulator asks for it.

RiskSQOR does not process CQC applications or guarantee registration approval. It provides an independent assessment, a risk score and clear actions to improve match-day medical provision.

Last word

You will be asked
for this eventually.

A board will ask. A broker will ask. After 7 September 2026, a regulator can ask. The only question is whether you already know the answer, or find it out in the worst week of your season.

Thirty founding spaces at £595. Ten working days. One number your board can act on.
