We independently assess provision, measure clinical risk, and set out the actions required to improve the score. Independence is the point.

Mission

Safety is a system,
not a person.

Dr Adam Sayedi is a sports medicine doctor and the founder of RiskSQOR. He holds medical governance roles across rugby and football in Gibraltar, and has delivered pitch-side cover for the Gibraltar Football League, Rugby Europe, UEFA and FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

“I’ve worked in medical operations at clubs across Newcastle and Gibraltar. Good risk management has to hold whatever the fixture, under the cameras at an international, or in a grassroots semi-pro division. RiskSQOR exists to strengthen the systems that keep players safe, because their safety shouldn’t depend on who happens to be standing there that day.”
